Q. How do I set up my account?
A. Click "Sign up" at the top.

Q. What shipping method do you use? How much does it cost?
A. The shipping method and cost depends on the order's weight. Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping cost for most domestic orders ranges from $4 to $12. Shipping cost for most international orders ranges from $13 to $30 USD. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days in the US, and usually around 14 days for international destinations, although it can take up to 45 days to certain countries.

Q. Do you offer any expedited shipping options?
A. Yes, for domestic orders under 16 oz that would normally ship via First Class Mail, we offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee. Priority Mail is a faster method of shipping that usually takes 2-3 days for customers in the USA, although it is not guaranteed. Orders weighing more than 16 oz will automatically ship via Priority Mail.

Q. How long does it take you to ship?
A. We ship every other day, which means the average order ships 24 hours after receiving payment. You'll receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order ships, so no worries!

Q. Will I receive a paper invoice/receipt with my order?
A. In order to reduce paper waste, speed up order processing, and keep our prices low, we do not include a paper invoice. A paper invoice can be provided with your order if you ask us in advance. If you require an invoice, it is often easiest to simply print out the e-mail confirmation you receive from us when you place your order, as it will contain the same information. :)

Q. What happens if I place multiple orders on the same day?
A. Due to order volume we may not notice that you have placed multiple orders, so we'll ship your orders separately. If we do notice you've placed multiple orders, our default action will be ship your orders together, to apply the shipping fees from your 2nd order towards a shipping upgrade, and to refund any excess shipping fees. If you would like for us to do something different from this, please contact us before we ship your order. :)

Q. What is a Cabochon?
A. A cabochon is similar to a bead, but it has a flat back, and it has no hole. Cabs are used for just about anything – from making earrings to embellishing surfaces. Just glue them on, and you're all set!

Q. How should I attach/glue Cabochons to things?
A. We recommend E6000 adhesive, and we sell it in our shop! it's very strong, yet simple and easy to use. You can find it in our shop here.

Q. When I order “mixed” or “mixed colors,” what will I get? The picture shows an equal mix of colors. Will you send me a bunch of ugly colors?
A. You will get an equal, balanced mix of colors available in that style. :)

Q. How can I make a Cabochon into a charm?
A. Simple! You need bails (also known as “drop bails” or “drop pads”). They can be purchased here at Delishbeads.com. Simply glue them on with E6000, Epoxy or Super glue, and you’ve got a charm!

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or you can pay directly with a credit or debit card. We cannot accept checks, money orders, or Western Union.

Q. I want to pay with a Paypal e-check, is there anything I should know about this payment method?
A. E-checks usually take about 1 week to clear. Unfortunately we cannot ship your order until your e-check clears, so paying with an e-check will delay your order by about 1 week.

Q. I live outside the USA. Tracking shows my package is "stuck" in Los Angeles. What is going on?
A. Tracking on some international packages stops when the package leaves the USA border, via the port of Los Angeles, California. This means your package has left the USA, and is now being processed by your own country's customs or postal system. If your tracking number begins with the letters "LN" you probably will not see any updates to tracking after your package has left the USA.

Q. I have waited X days, but my package still hasn't arrived- is it lost? What can you do to help me?
A. In shipping thousands of packages around the world, we have found that international shipping is very unpredictable. Shipping times vary widely, even between multiple packages sent to the same customer. Lost packages are rare, but delayed packages (due to customs, etc.) are fairly common. Our policy to give the various postal/customs systems of the world 45 days, which is a fair chance to deliver your package. (Waiting 45 days is also a requirement of our parcel insurance company.) Based on our experience, if 45 days have passed- your package is probably lost and we will then be able to help you at that time.

Q. What is your e-mail address? How should I get in touch with Delish Beads?
A. Check the Contact Us page.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Returns are not a problem, please contact us for instructions on how to return items for a refund. Returned items, including those that are not sealed in their original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q. I live in Brazil, Chile, or Thailand, why do I have to pay an extra $4 for shipping insurance?
A. Recently shipping to these countries has been very risky due to a large percentage of lost and delayed packages. Because of this situation, we now require an extra $4 to pay for parcel insurance for all packages destined for Brazil, Chile, and Thailand.
